Senior CRM Business Process Engineer
Responsibilities: 

The Senior CRM Business Process Engineer combines the roles of implementation specialist and functional analyst in one. In this challenging role you will work closely together with our business project team in Oleon and IT projectteams in Oleon and Avril. You will report to our IT Business Process Manager and you will join a dynamic IT team of 20 people. Your range of tasks is very varied:

You are responsible for the setup, implementation and maintenance of a new CRM application within Oleon worldwide.

Duties will include but are never limited to: Primarily responsible for requirements and solution design including:

  • Analyzing business processes and requirements and translating these in functional and technical specifications. 
  • Collaborate in the solution design of the new CRM implementation 
  • Organizing, categorizing and preparing all documentation 
  • Presenting to management for review, and making changes as required 
  • Onsite support

Testing configuration against final requirements:

  • Configure solution based on requirements to test and deploy

Preparing the training itinerary and materials and delivering training to end users

Providing go live and post-implementation support

Requirements: 
  • You are an experienced CRM specialist with several years (preferably +3yrs) of experience in a similar IT position;
  • You have a strong analytical mind, you are very result-driven but above all you are a teamplayer with strong communication skills.
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.
  • You are prepared to travel occasionally.
