- Interview on site with your future supervisor/colleague and HR (looking for the professional and personal fit between the candidate and Oleon)
- Screening by an external recruitment agency of the final candidates (personality and aptitude)
- Taking the decision
- Signing a contract
- Introduction in Oleon
This process will take about six weeks on average.
