The Senior CRM Business Process Engineer combines the roles of implementation specialist and functional analyst in one. In this challenging role you will work closely together with our business project team in Oleon and IT projectteams in Oleon and Avril. You will report to our IT Business Process Manager and you will join a dynamic IT team of 20 people. Your range of tasks is very varied:
You are responsible for the setup, implementation and maintenance of a new CRM application within Oleon worldwide.
Duties will include but are never limited to: Primarily responsible for requirements and solution design including:
Testing configuration against final requirements:
Preparing the training itinerary and materials and delivering training to end users
Providing go live and post-implementation support
