COMPLIANCE STATUS

OUR COMMITMENT

In Avril efforts to substantially conform with WCAG 2.2 level AA, we can mention the following accessibility accomplishments:

  • The website can be navigated in multiple ways, including a main menu and a search function.
  • There are no keyboard traps, allowing users to freely navigate and exit any interactive component using the keyboard alone.
  • Despite best efforts to ensure accessibility of oleon.com, there may be some limitations. Avril commits to work towards remediating these known limitations:
  • Some decorative images are not ignored by assistive technologies.
  • Some informative images do not have a meaningful textual alternative.
  • Audio and video-only content does not have a transcript or equivalent text alternative.
  • The structure and relationships between elements are not always correctly exposed to assistive technologies.
  • The application does not adapt properly to all screen orientations.
  • Input fields do not have an identified purpose through the autocomplete attribute.
  • Some text and graphical elements do not have sufficient contrast with their background.
  • When text is resized up to 200%, some content becomes clipped or truncated.
  • Reflow is not ensured when the viewport width is reduced.
  • Some components cannot be operated using the keyboard.
  • There are no skip links allowing users to bypass repeated content and go directly to the main content.
  • On some pages, the tab order does not follow the logical reading order.
  • Some links do not clearly describe their destination or purpose.
  • Some fields lack visible labels or are not correctly associated with their input.
  • The visible focus is missing or only partially visible for some interactive components.
  • Some interactive elements do not meet the minimum target size and spacing requirements.
  • Required fields are not indicated and identified by screen readers.
  • Error suggestions, when required, are not provided when a user input is invalid.
  • The name, role, and state of certain components are not correctly exposed to assistive technologies.
  • Error messages that appear after an invalid action are not vocalized by assistive technologies.
