To plan, co-ordinate and arrange for all shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.
To handle, co-ordinate, supervise all procedures and documentation pertaining to shipments, including liaising with production, warehouse, freight forwarders and shipping liners.
To liaise with Importer, Exporter, Forwarders, Transporters, Custom Department and other government agencies related to shipping and other logistic requirements.
To prepare invoice, packing list, analysis report when a shipment is confirmed and to be delivered.
To provide after sales service such as communication with customers.
To provide the back-up support for others customer service in terms of documentation and etc.
To fulfill any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, or Diploma Holder with 2 years of working experiences.
Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of customs clearance, valuation and classification of import and export will be an added advantage.
Possess high sense of responsibilities and able to work at own initiative.
Customer-focused (in order to meet the needs of each customer).
Detail-oriented (in order to produce accurate materials).
Team player (in order to work well with other members of the team).
