Antoine Prevost appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer
Ertvelde, March 31st 2026 – Oleon, a leading company in sustainable chemistry, announces the appointment of Antoine Prevost as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1st 2026. He will also serve as Managing Director of the Specialties division on the executive committee of Avril, Oleon’s parent company. Antoine succeeds Moussa Naciri, who will retire in May.
Antoine Prevost joined Avril, Oleon’s parent company, in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he focused strongly on improving the group’s industrial performance, strengthening its competitiveness and further developing operational excellence, while ensuring the highest standards of safety for employees and installations. With his deep understanding of industrial and innovation challenges and his international leadership experience, Antoine is ideally positioned to bring new momentum to Oleon.
Despite the challenging economic and geopolitical context, Antoine can count on the expertise of Oleon’s global teams – from Brazil to Malaysia – to drive renewed growth, gain market share, and contribute to the strategic priorities of Avril. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Paul‑Yves L’Anthoën, he will also take on responsibility for the Avril Specialties domain within Avril’s executive committee.
“I am very pleased with this internal appointment, which reflects our strong commitment to developing our talent,” says Paul‑Yves L’Anthoën. “My sincere congratulations to Antoine on this new step. I have full confidence in his ability to further strengthen Oleon’s growth and reinforce Avril’s position in specialty ingredients. This is a key pillar of our strategic plan, which aims to continue growing and creating value for our shareholders.”
Antoine Prevost succeeds Moussa Naciri, who will leave the group on May 1st, 2026. Since joining in 2007, Moussa has played a crucial role in the group’s development. He reinforced Oleon’s leadership – part of Avril since 2008 – and expanded the company’s international footprint with new sites in Malaysia, then in the United States, and more recently in Brazil, to be closer to its international customers.
Paul‑Yves L’Anthoën adds: “I would like to thank Moussa for everything he has achieved over the past 18 years. Through Oleon’s international expansion, he has significantly contributed to the group’s growth. My thanks also go to all Oleon teams, and especially to the executive committee, which will continue the strategic journey together with Antoine.”
