The formal integration was celebrated this morning with an inauguration ceremony at the production site in Itupeva, São Paulo, attended by company representatives, partners, and employees. The event featured speeches by Andrés Morales, General Manager, and Stéphane Bernard, who takes on the role of Plant Manager in Itupeva after a successful period as Country Manager in Oleon Malaysia. In the afternoon, a smaller celebration was held at the headquarters in Móoca, São Paulo.

“This name change is more than symbolic,” states Stéphane Bernard, Plant Manager. “It represents our shared ambitions and the unity of all our teams across continents under the Oleon brand.”

With this integration, Oleon reinforces its commitment to expanding sustainable, plant-based chemistry worldwide. The Brazilian site adds strategic production capacity and local expertise to serve key markets in Latin America.
